Timeline: November 2024 – May 2025

Participants: Tunisian civil society stakeholders, communication experts

We3C supported Tunisian civil society stakeholders in strengthening grassroots activities through targeted communication strategies. The project focused on monitoring, reporting, and providing follow-up guidance for the implementation of locally tailored communication approaches aimed at increasing visibility, community engagement, and advocacy impact.

Through a collaborative process with local communication experts, stakeholders assessed the effectiveness of existing messaging, refined outreach tactics, and explored digital and traditional channels to amplify the reach of their initiatives. The process emphasized participatory methods, ensuring that strategies reflected the needs, perspectives, and voices of the communities served.

The project highlighted the importance of capacity building in strategic communication for civil society actors, particularly in contexts where grassroots engagement faces structural and societal challenges. By linking local implementation with broader monitoring and follow-up mechanisms, We3C helped ensure that communication strategies were both actionable and sustainable, fostering stronger community impact and resilience.
